Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: As of right now, MUAH does not ship internationally.
Q: How long does shipping and processing take?
A: Please view each products description to see what the processing times and shipping times are. Please advise, processing and shipping times are two separate things. Weekends and holidays are not included as business days. Our hair takes longer to collect due to it being from single donors, which is why the processing time is longer.
Update: Due to recent tariffs, some shipping delays may occur. Please note that these delays are beyond our control. If your order is impacted, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help however we can!
Q: When do bookings release?
A: Bookings are typically released on Sundays during the third week of the month. Keep an eye on our Instagram for announcements regarding specific dates.
Q: Where is MUAH located?
A: Currently there are two locations hairstylist professional J’Leah Greene travels to—AZ & MA.
Customer Care Policy:
Each unit and bundle is carefully crafted and quality-checked before shipment. Because all hair is raw and unprocessed, natural variations in texture, color tone, and curl pattern are normal and expected.
We stand behind the quality of every product and are always happy to help address concerns. However, please note that:
Concerns related to texture preference or ordering the wrong texture do not qualify as a quality issue.
Raw hair will react to heat, humidity, and styling — this is part of its natural behavior and not a defect.
Lace & pre-bleached knots may require custom tint or makeup to perfectly match your complexion.
If you ever experience an issue, please reach out with clear photos so we can review your concern. In cases where a verified issue is found, we may offer a partial refund , store credit, or returns of unused/damaged products at our discretion.

Hair Care:
Please note, Raw hair is more textured and colored hair needs maintenance and moisture! Here’s some key tips to ensuring your hair lasts:
Shampoo & Condition with moisturizing products NOT clarifying. Clarifying shampoo should only be used when there’s excessive build up on your extensions/units and ALWAYS condition your hair after shampooing.
Use a lightweight serum/hair oil while the hair is damp/towel dry. Moisture starts with your shampoo, using a light serum/hair oil will lock it in!
Ensure you’re brushing through your extensions at least once a day. This will distribute oils evenly throughout your hair.
