A: As of right now, MUAH does not ship internationally.

Q: How long does shipping and processing take?

A: Please view each products description to see what the processing times and shipping times are. Please advise, processing and shipping times are two separate things. Weekends and holidays are not included as business days. Our hair takes slightly longer to collect due to it being from single donors, which is why the processing time is longer.

Q: When do bookings release?

A: Bookings are typically released on Sundays during the third week of the month. Keep an eye on our Instagram for announcements regarding specific dates.

Q: Where is MUAH located?

A: Our current location is in Lowell, MA. We're excited to announce our upcoming expansion to Arizona in the near future!
